Eligibility & Registration Process
Recruitment Requirements:
- Educational Background:
Bachelor’s or College degree in relevant fields such as Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Mechanical & Electrical (M&E). - Language Proficiency:
Possession of a Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) certificate at minimum level N4/N3. Additional training will be provided if the requirement has not yet been met. - Applicants must be between 22 and 35 years old.
- Applicants must be in good physical condition, demonstrate a progressive mindset, and maintain a strong sense of discipline.
Recruitment & Training Process:
- Online Registration & Application Submission
- Interview & Professional Competency Test
- Supplementary Training in Technical Expertise and Japanese Language (when necessary)
- Processing of Exit Formalities
- Contractual Work Placement in Japan
